How to Request Repeat Prescriptions

Please ensure that you check your stocks of medication in good time so that you have plenty to see you over the bank holiday period.
Repeat Prescriptions and Certifications
We require 48 working hours notice for repeat prescriptions which should be requested in writing. If you have computer printed prescriptions please return the re-order slip when requesting repeat medication. 48 working hours notice is also required for certificates. We do not take requests for prescriptions over the phone.
Please note: We do not accept repeat prescriptions by Fax. Your request will not be dealt with if sent by Fax.
If you put your prescriptions in on: You collect on:
Monday ---> Wednesday after 5pm
Tuesday ---> Thursday after 5pm
Wednesday ---> Friday after 5pm
Thursday ---> Monday after 5pm
Friday ---> Tuesday after 5pm
Saturday ---> Tuesday after 5pm
Sunday ---> Tuesday after 5pm

You will need to request a new username and password from the surgery to access this facility.
In order to obtain a username and password you will need to provide photographic identification for confidentiality purposes.
Repeat Prescription Delivery Service
All patients with mobility difficulties have the option of arranging for repeat medication to be delivered to their home. The prescriptions are collected from surgery by the pharmacist operating the system who dispenses and delivers the medication to the patient's home.
Patients who wish to make use of the Delivery Service should complete an application form with their chosen pharmacy. Once you are registered with a local pharmacy, the pharmacy can also request your medication for you on your behalf.
