Extended hours appointments

Every evening from 18:30 we offer appointments for patients who cannot attend appointments during the day. These appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, and can be booked in the same way.

Telephone consultations

We now offer telephone consultations with the GPs.

Telephone consultations can be booked for discussing medication, requesting sick notes and discussing test results. To book a telephone consultation, please call the surgery.

You can also request a telephone consultation with a nurse for clinical advice or vaccination queries i.e. Travel vaccinations.

Please note, telephone consultations are of 10 minutes duration. If you feel you may need longer, please ask the receptionist for a double

Pre-bookable Appointments

Future booking of appointments can be booked up to one week in advance. For early morning or afternoon appointments, you can also book extended hours appointments in advance.

Home visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it, and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please note that not having transport does not warrant a request for a home visit.
