The management team are responsible for the general running of the practice and available during normal office hours.
Any problems or complaints that arise can be addressed to Tracey Nyilas who will be happy to help. We do run an official complaints system and have a complaints pack at reception.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
The midwife attends surgery on a Thursday for antenatal clinics, 09:00 and 16:00.
The district nurses call into the surgery on a daily basis and messages for them can therefore be left with our receptionists. There is a team of district nurses aligned to the practice. They can be directly contacted on 0345 6024064.
Health visitors are qualified nurses with special training in community health and child development. They are based at Queensborough House, Dunstable. You can contact them directly on 01582 707627.
